Swiss Army Arts (スイス軍の芸術 Suisu-gun no Geijutsu?) is Cina's unique fighting style, developed over all her years on the sea before joining up with Luk. It is primarily focused upon her personal whip, Kaleidoscope. Hidden on her person, she boasts that any part of it possesses combat potential, and to that end its placement is akin to the lining of her clothes, allowing Cina to retrieve it from any part of her clothing at almost any time. While made of an extremely tactile and snap-prone material, interwoven within the different parts of it are various, nigh-undetectable 'knots' that contain various materials within them. Dials and other devices are later added through the ingenuity of Rembrandt Silve.
Cina's skill with the whip is such that she possesses the ability to crack any part of the whip at almost any time from almost any angle; the only exception is the handle, which itself is made of a very hard and powerful material, enabling her to use it as a club or projectile at the end of the rest of the weapon. The various items ensconced in the whip can, therefore, strike a target from almost any possible angle, and if she puts enough speed and power into the attacks several can be launched almost simultaneously. Increasing amounts of the aforementioned qualities (in combination with the weapon's inbuilt traits) can lead to it cutting through solid objects with apparent ease, such as floors made of wood or stone and even armor worn by opponents. The items themselves appear to have some level of movement to them, shifting around between various predetermined points in the whip in order to land with maximum effectiveness. In addition to its offensive powers, Cina can also use Kaleidoscope for maneuverability, latching onto nearby holds and swinging to them. She is good enough to move herself even towards targets that are on the same plane as her, presumably through some amount of brute force.
Key to the above is her unique application of hammerspace, effectively a 'pocket' dimension that she encountered and gained access to through some unknown method. Not only does it allow Cina to store the whip in places other than her body (or to have excess rope still safely hidden), but with increased training, she can use it to further increase the number of ways she can strike at a target, as well as to perform limited teleportation by leaping into it herself.
