Edwin

Edwin is the leader of the Black Ops group of the marines. He is considered to be the strongest man after the death of WhiteBeard, making him a valuable member of the marines. He doesn't hold a position within their regular ranks, and is known throughout the world as "The Titan". Currently he is 71.

Appearance

Edwin is an elderly man with a scraggly white goatee, his white hair flowing backwards and a large scar over his right eye. He wears a black robe with golden flames along the bottom, with shoes made of stone.

Personality

Edwin is a stern and cruel person. He has a no nonsense policy and will enforce it himself, killing off those he deems unworthy to live. The only time he is seen with a smile is when he's eating.

Abilities

Edwin is the user of the Human Human Fruit, Model: Titan. Giving him the ability to transform into a giant. Even without his devil fruit abilities he has the power to level an entire island.
