Bala is a tall man at 8 feet 9, who wears gold armor, a strange helmet with horns, and a cape that is an actuality, a black rug he had as a child.
Personality[]
Bala is an arrogant, carefree, and haughty man, who loves to talk of his novels. He compares people to characters in his novels, events to plot points, and even fights to writing one of his novels. He is also not a very good writer... At all.
Abilities[]
Bala is a rich man, even by noble standards, owning islands with castles on each one.
Power wise, Bala is one of the strongest marines among the orginization, stronger then most marines, with martial skills, and his armor is far stronger then most on the planent.
As a vice admiral, he is a user of Haki.
